We are so excited to finally announce our Summer Camp offerings for June & July 2021 for students ages 7-18! All TCT camps will engage students in lessons from our high-caliber TCT Academy Teachers and our Resident Artists Company in singing, dancing, acting, costuming, and props.
Our weeklong camps will feature a variety of activities designed to prepare your student for their final share-case and to expand their knowledge of multiple theatre disciplines. At this time, all in-person and virtual camps will have a filmed share-case that parents will receive. Due to regulations, no camp, regardless of virtual or in-person, will have a LIVE, in-person theatre performance at the end of their week.
Virtual camps will feature a wide variety of live and pre-filmed activities to strengthen your student’s skills in the arts. Virtual Students will receive 2 ½ hours of arts training a day. Each camp day will include live Zoom sessions, pre-filmed video tutorials, activities provided by TCT, and teacher feedback.

Additional Information:
Virtual Summer Camp Reminder: Students will need access to a space where they can use their voice in full volume, move around with ease, and an electronic device for 2 ½ hours a day.
In-Person Reminder: All students must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth for the entire camp day. Students will have lunch and breaks in socially distanced groups and will be allowed to remove their masks to eat.

TCT AcademyLIVE!
TCT is a professional theatre company and here is when YOU can take the stage. This class combines instruction with the opportunity to perform in a fully-staged musical with props, costumes and sets. Our curriculum combines instruction with “doing,” to best help students internalize and master the theater skills taught. To complement and reinforce the learning process, students will also spend time rehearsing for their production that culminates in public performances.
AcademyLIVE! presents Moana JR!
This opportunity will be an in-person, socially distanced-minded performance for students. Moana Jr. will be a fully realized production with sets, lights, and costumes. Performances will be held at TCT’s Showtime Theatre.
We will have two different casts and each cast will have 3 live shows immediately following their two weeks of in-person rehearsal. To maintain COVID-19 protocols, each cast will be capped at 36 students. All students must wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose to each rehearsal and performance. Tuition includes a cast t-shirt, and a filmed copy of the show.
Auditions
Virtual Auditions will take place from March 19 – March 29, 2021. The cast list for both productions will be emailed on April 2, 2021. For auditions, you will need an acapella 16-bar cut of a Disney song that best shows off your voice. Please don’t sing from the show. Students whose ages are between 10 – 14 have the option to be considered for both shows.
