Accents and Dialects (Ages 13-18)

No director or actor wants a stage dialect or accent to detract from the overall production. This class will provide students an in-depth study across a wide variety of accents commonly used in musicals and plays.  This class is taught by the international award winning coach: Diane Senffner!

Diane gives the actor a chance to use the dialect or accent’s most recognizable sounds and intonation, rhythm, patterns of speech (prosody) to make the script up to 30-40% more authentic and humorous!
