Summer Camp: JTF Intensive

Showcase: Friday, June 2 at 6:00pm.

The Junior Theatre Festival (JTF) is an international musical theatre competition that TCT attends annually.  This camp will prepare and perform a 20-minute excerpt from a musical in the style of JTF.  That means students must perform a cut with a full story, no costumes, no props, and no set pieces.  The week will culminate in a public performance of their piece and a live adjudication panel to simulate the actual competition setup. This is an excellent opportunity to understand more about the process for preparing to compete and what joining our JTF team in the Fall of 2023 entails. Students will audition for roles on the first day.

Masks are encouraged but not required at TCT Summer Camp 2023.
