HOW DO TCT DIGITAL PERFORMANCES WORK?
After purchasing your TCT Digital program on our website, you’ll receive an email with access details. Your rental lasts for 72 hours after first starting the program.
We recommend viewing this performance on Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
HOW DO I WATCH A PERFORMANCE ON SCREEN?
To watch your program:
- Visit https://digital.thechildrenstheatre.com to log in.
- Use your TCT account credentials as your log-in – this is the email address you used when purchasing your Digital program and a password.
- If you do not have a password or do not remember it, please follow this link to reset your information https://thechildrenstheatre.com/tct-ticket-portal/.

I CAN’T SEE THE “WATCH NOW” BUTTON – WHAT DO I DO?
Please try logging out and logging back into your account. If you still cannot see the “Watch Now” button, please contact tickets@tctcincinnati.com. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
IT IS LESS THAN 2 HOURS BEFORE MY PERFORMANCE ON SCREEN BEGINS AND I DO NOT HAVE A LINK – WHAT DO I DO?
We have now switched our brand new TCT Digital platform – you will no longer need a dedicated link to access your performance. You can access your performance by heading to https://digital.thechildrenstheatre.com and logging in using your TCT email address and password.
If you need further support, please email tickets@tctcincinnati.com with a description of the issue and your phone number. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
HOW DO I WATCH EVENTS ON MY SMARTTV?
You can cast the video from your computer or mobile device to your TV, via Airplay, Firestick, etc.
- Click the link in your pre-show email to our digital.thechildrenstheatre.com website or visit via your web browser.
- Make sure the device you click the link on (your phone, computer, or laptop) is on the same WiFi as your Smart TV.
- Find the “Cast” Icon or the “Airplay” icon (Airplay is only available on Apple products – iPhone, iPad, etc.)
- Enjoy!
DO YOU HAVE CLOSED CAPTIONS/SUBTITLES AVAILABLE?
Yes, all our Performances on Screen have Closed Captions available – simply find the CC button on the video screen to turn them on or off once the performance has started. Choose the option “English.”
WILL I BE ABLE TO WATCH THE SHOW AFTER THE SCHEDULED TIME?
You can watch your TCT Digital rental as many times as you like for 72 hours after first starting the program.
