Page to Stage (Ages 4-6) Tuesdays 4:15pm – 5:00pm

In this beginning acting class, students will bring literature to life with their teaching artist through a robust, guided drama experience of a popular children’s book! As they move and play, students will begin to understand and apply basic performance skills including collaboration with peers and engagement in meaningful dialogue about character, plot, and imaginary worlds. 

This class does not culminate in a showcase.  If the teacher wishes to share video footage of anything specific, they may do so, but it’s not a class expectation.  We are focused on providing the best possible training and teaching to the test doesn’t allow our educators to get as deep into the discipline as possible during our time.  We have plenty of opportunities to perform throughout the year for ages 7 – 18.  Please check the AcademyLIVE! offerings for upcoming opportunities.
