Additional Tickets
Beginning August 1, 2025, subscribers can buy additional MainStage tickets all season long at a discounted rate!
First, login to the TCT Ticket Portal at the link below and use the email address associated with your account. If this is your first time using the web portal, select Forgot Password and follow the prompts.
Once you’ve logged in, use the links below to purchase additional tickets to the show of your choice. When you reach the Cart, you’ll see your savings have been automatically applied to the total cost of your tickets!
You can also purchase additional tickets by contacting the Box Office by phone or email. Please include the following information in your request:
- Name
- Date of show
- Number of tickets you wish to add
- One of the following seating options for your group:
- moving all seats to keep the group together
- being broken up in groups ex: group of 4 and 4
- additional seats as close as possible without moving your original seats
Additional tickets are subject to availability. Convenience fees will apply.
Happily Ever Extras
While TCT’s Crown Club has taken its final bow (for now), our Happily Ever Extras are optional add-ons that make your TCT outing even more special.
Skip the hassle with a Parking Pass, meet your favorite characters with an Autograph Pass, or bring your littlest theatre fan along with a Lap Pass. It’s a sprinkle of magic, made just for you!

TCT Academy Discount
TCT MainStage Subscribers receive 20% off TCT Academy classes. Subscribers should have received their discount code in an email from TCT. (Does not apply to TCT Summer Camps.)
Ticket Exchanges
As a MainStage Subscriber you receive one free exchange per production.
How it works:
Email tickets@tctcincinnati.com and please include the following information:
- Your name
- Phone number
- New date and time of your exchange request
- Delivery method for your new tickets: email or Will Call
Tickets may only be exchanged for a different performance day and time for the same production. Exchanging tickets for a different production within the season is not permitted. No exceptions. You will not receive the same seats as your regular season tickets. Once the date on your tickets has passed, the tickets are invalid and cannot be exchanged.
