2020-2021 Season Subscriptions
Subscribers receive a number of exclusive benefits, including discounted tickets, insider invitations, and priority access to the best seats. For the first time TCT is offering two membership types:
- TRADITIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS: Guaranteed seats, same seats, same time for every show. Ticket exchanges. Free parking – BEST DEAL!
- NEW! FLEX PASS MEMBERSHIP: Package(s) of 6 vouchers to be redeemed at any performance.

Single tickets to any remaining shows in our current season are available for purchase.
Types of Subscriptions
NEW! Flex Pass Membership
One Flex Pass package includes a set of six (6) vouchers. You may use your passes however you like at any show! One pass is good for one seat at any performance during the season as available. Flex Passes are vouchers for Price Level 3 ONLY and may not be used for other sections. Redeem all at once or for multiple shows. Once vouchers are redeemed they may NOT be exchanged. Please see the map for Flex Pass seating area.
Flex Pass Pricing
One Flex Pass package is $150 and includes a set of six (6) ticket vouchers. You may purchase as many packages as you like, but they cannot be sold in packages less than six vouchers.
Redeeming Your Flex Pass Vouchers
A Flex Pass voucher is NOT a valid ticket. It MUST be redeemed for an actual ticket in order for you to enter the theatre.
- Vouchers may be redeemed for any MainStage Show during the season. Once the season is over they may not be transferred to another season and any leftover vouchers become invalid.
- Vouchers MUST be redeemed either in person in the ticket office on Red Bank Road or at The Taft Theatre (on the day of the show only) or by emailing a photo of the voucher(s) to email@example.com. We cannot redeem vouchers over the phone.
- Vouchers are redeemed for seats on a first come first served basis. It is possible that sections will be sold out before you are able to redeem your vouchers.
- You MAY redeem your vouchers in advance of the show date and time.
- Once your vouchers are redeemed, they CANNOT be exchanged for another show. No exceptions.
- Flex Pass Members will receive their vouchers in the mail in August of 2020 and may redeem them once they have the physical vouchers in hand.
- When redeeming multiple vouchers for a single show, please let the ticket office know how you would like your party’s seating to be arranged (i.e. all in the same row, two in front, three behind, etc.) and they will accommodate to the best of their ability, but seating arrangements CANNOT be guaranteed.
- Flex Pass packages are non-refundable.
- Lost vouchers CANNOT be replaced. Hold on to your vouchers!
With a Traditional Subscription, you will receive actual tickets to one performance for each of the four MainStage productions. You’ll be in the same seats every time in the section you choose when you subscribe. Tickets may be exchanged free of charge for any other performance of the same production. The price reflected below is the price for one person to attend all four MainStage productions. Depending on how many are in your party, you will purchase that many tickets in your subscription. Adult and child tickets are the same price.

If you need more than one parking pass for each production, please break your seats into separate accounts. Please note: we cannot replace lost or stolen parking passes. Passes do not guarantee parking in the garage.

A great perk to being a subscriber is Ticket Exchange
As a MainStage Traditional Subscriber you receive one free exchange per production.
How it works:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and please include the following information:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Account number (if known)
- New date and time of your exchange request
- A picture of your tickets
- Delivery method for your new tickets: Snail Mail, or Will Call.
Tickets may only be exchanged for a different performance day and time for the same production. Exchanging tickets for a different production within the season is not permitted. No exceptions. Please note that we stop snail mailing tickets 10 days prior to the first performance of a production. You will not receive the same seats as your regular season tickets.Once the date on your tickets has passed, the tickets are invalid and cannot be exchanged.
Adding additional seats to a single show
If you want to add an additional ticket to an upcoming show please include the following information in your request:
- Account # if known
- Date of show
- Number of tickets you wish to add
- One of the follow seating options for your group:
- moving all seats to keep the group together
- being broken up in groups ex: group of 4 and 4
- additional seats as close as possible without moving your original seats
